01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jlmine ("jlmine," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlmine online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jlmine.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Eligibility

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlmine or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jlmine Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

jlmine reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jlmine Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jlmine account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jlmine immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jlmine implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jlmine supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your jlmine account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Key terms governing financial transactions on jlmine include:

• Deposits are credited to your jlmine wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jlmine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlmine Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. jlmine will not reverse a completed game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, jlmine reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmine Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlmine staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a suspension.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmine Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jlmine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlmine.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmine, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jlmine does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlmine's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmine account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlmine's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

jlmine collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlmine implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlmine cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments

jlmine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jlmine will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jlmine's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
